We’re sending a postcard & newsletter out to all our past Walk & Bike Tour participants and we’ll need your help!

Design the Next Volunteer T-shirt: We are challenging volunteers to design the look for this year’s volunteer t-shirt. Show your creative side and send in the results by February 16 th. We’ll pass along our favorite design to our t-shirt guy.

Message Therapist Needed: June 11th, 12:30 pm to 5:30 pm (Olds College)

If you, or someone you know, are a massage therapist, then the Rona MS Bike Tour needs your help! Come out to Olds and provide your services to our cyclists. This is a perfect opportunity to promote and advertise your clinic, while joining our cyclists in the fight against MS!  

Carnation Campaign – our annual awareness campaign where we sell potted Carnation plants throughout retail sites in Calgary.

Super Cities Walk – join us and 2000 walkers at Prince’s Island on the first Sunday in June. See our description of the many positions available at the Walk.

RONA MS Bike Tour - see our description of the many positions available on this fun weekend.

Hit-A-Ball Golf Tournaments – do you enjoy the fresh air and sunshine? Volunteers represent the Calgary Chapter at a variety of Golf Tournaments throughout the city. 2-3 volunteers are required to be on the course to sell Mulligans etc.in between.

Recreation Programs – join in the fun as volunteers assist client/participants with activities in our Yoga, Bowling, Fun & Fitness and Aquasize programs.

Fundraising – volunteers help in many ongoing fundraising programs including, Casino and Coin Containers.

Administration – from data entry to phone work to envelope stuffing, you help keep our office running smoothly

Social Events – client based activities such as Summer Picnics and Christmas Parties
