The RONA MS Bike Tour is committed to:

• Understanding your organization’s key sponsorship goals and objectives;
• Reviewing our event inventory to determine the benefits that may be appealing to your organization to provide value and exposure;
• Customizing and building a program designed to achieve what your organization’s key objectives are; and
• Assisting in activation and management of your sponsorship.

We can ensure a creative approach to benefits for our sponsors as well as valuation based on real market values of all the proposed benefits. Examples:

• Sampling Opportunity/On-site booth:  Opportunity to interact with 1,000 event participants on event weekend in order to promote product and/or services.
• Newsletter Advertisement:  Opportunity to place business card-sized ad in event newsletter that reaches 3,000 past and present event participants.
• Sponsor Profile:  Sponsor to receive unique half-page write up on website and/or in newsletter describing sponsor’s relationship with the event, the sponsor’s commitment to our community and information about the organization including link.
• Volunteer T-shirt:  Opportunity to exclusively sponsor the volunteers at the event and receive exclusive logo inclusion on all volunteer t-shirts for event day.
• Reststop:  Sponsor has opportunity to exclusively sponsor one of 10 event reststops along the route, branding and manning the area and distributing info and messaging to all event participants as they pass through.
